Deposit Terms of Service

Provider Name: DigitalOutposts

These terms and conditions govern the deposit payment services that DigitalOutposts provides to you in connection with your use of the DigitalOutposts site and/or services, and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and DigitalOutposts.

You (the Applicant) and the above Provider agree on the following:

The Applicant shall notify the Provider by email or through the Provider’s web site what dates and destination the Applicant would like to attend (the “Selected Session”).

If the Selected Session is listed on the Provider’s web site or sent by email from the Provider to the Applicant:

  1. This agreement is only in effect when and if the Provider receives the sum of $250 (the “Deposit”) from the Applicant. On the date the Provider receives the Deposit, the Deposit secures the Applicant’s reservation in the Provider’s program and acts as a security deposit for the program.
  2. Full refund within 7 days – If the Applicant becomes unable to join the Selected Session and notifies the Provider within 7 days of sending their Deposit, the Deposit shall be returned in its entirety to the Applicant and the Applicant forfeits his or her reservation in the program.
  3. Refund policy after 7 days – If the Applicant does not request a refund within 7 days of sending their Deposit and does not pay the program fee as discussed with the Provider or shown on Provider’s web site, the Provider may retain the Deposit until a replacement guest is found. Also, if the Applicant confirms specific program dates with the Provider and later needs to change program dates, the Provider may retain the Deposit until a replacement guest is found. If no replacement guest is found, the Provider may refund the Deposit to the Applicant on a case-by-case basis as determined by the Provider
  4. Security Deposit – If the Applicant attends the Provider’s program, the Deposit will be held as a security deposit. After the end of the program, any balance from the Deposit not used to pay for damages or fines caused by the Applicant shall be returned to the Applicant within 30 days.

If the Selected Session has not yet been listed on the Provider’s web site or sent by email from the Provider to the Applicant:

  1. This agreement is only in effect when and if the Provider receives the sum of $250 (the “Deposit”) from the Applicant. On the date the Provider receives the Deposit, the Deposit secures the Applicant’s reservation in the Provider’s program if the Applicant’s Selected Session is later announced on the Provider’s web site, and acts as a security deposit for the program.
  2. Full refund within 7 days – If the Applicant becomes unable to join the Selected Session and notifies the Provider within 7 days of the date that the Selected Session is announced on the Provider’s web site or sent by email from the Provider to the Applicant, the Deposit shall be returned in its entirety to the Applicant and the Applicant forfeits his or her reservation in the program.
  3. Refund policy after 7 days – If the Applicant does not request a refund within 7 days of the Future Destinations Announcement Date and does not pay the program fee as discussed with the Provider or shown on Provider’s web site, the Provider may retain the Deposit until a replacement guest is found. Also, if the Applicant confirms program dates with the Provider and later needs to change program dates, the Provider may retain the Deposit until a replacement guest is found. If no replacement guest is found, the Provider may refund the Deposit to the Applicant on a case-by-case basis as determined by the Provider.

This agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of Delaware.
